LeadsTool ("LeadsTool", "we", "us", or "our") operates LeadsTool.app and a suite of productivity browser extensions. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact support, buy a subscription, or use our browser extension products.

What LeadsTool Products Do

LeadsTool extensions help users export, organize, and review information that is available to them in their browser. The exported files are created for user-directed research, record keeping, and personal use. Users are responsible for using each extension only with information they are allowed to access and process.

Data Our Extensions Handle Locally

Depending on the extension and the export you request, our extensions access website content such as property listings, friends lists, visible profile and contact fields, and comments. We use this data locally to provide the export, organization, and review features you request. The data and exported files stay in your browser or on your device and are not sent to our servers or third-party service providers.

Information We Collect

Separately from locally processed extension content, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information you provide, such as your email address and the contents of support messages.
• Purchase and subscription information from payment providers, such as order ID, product purchased, plan status, billing email, renewal status, and refund status.

Transfers as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets require your explicit prior consent.

We do not use or transfer extension user data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, to data brokers or information resellers, or to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes. We do not allow people to read extension user data unless you explicitly consent to access to specific data, access is necessary for security or legal compliance, or the data is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations.

Error logs contain no user data. Our developers may review these logs to diagnose bugs, troubleshoot failures, and improve extension reliability. We may share error logs with service providers that help us perform these diagnostic tasks.

Data Retention

Website content you extract and files you export remain stored locally in your browser or on your device, where you control their retention and deletion. We do not retain this content or these files on our servers. This local storage statement does not apply to the error logs described below.

We retain information we collect, including error logs, for as long as reasonably needed to provide products, support users, maintain service records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Support emails, billing records, and subscription records may be retained for tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service, browser extension, or electronic storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can delete exported files using your device's file manager, including any copies you have saved elsewhere. To remove the extension and its Chrome-managed local extension storage, open Chrome's Extensions page, find the extension, and select Remove. Downloaded exports must be deleted separately. Contact us if you need help clearing locally stored records for a particular extension; we cannot delete files on your device remotely.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other assistance with personal information associated with your LeadsTool account, support request, or purchase. Use the email address in Contact Us below. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information where required or permitted by law. Error logs contain no user data. Removing an extension does not delete logs already sent to us.

Children

LeadsTool products are intended for personal and productivity use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
